I work on websites and for this I use Sublime Text 3. I used to install everything there: Node JS, Ruby, some Msys was also installed along with Ruby. And everything seemed to work. But I mostly use only the compiler from Scss. In the future, it would be necessary to master this as a package manager, but first I would understand what I already use.
Tell me what you need to install so that only the scss compiler works?
