What name is used when publishing an app to the App Store?

Good day.
I'm approaching the moment of publishing the application in the App Store and ran into a question. I have a Tinkoff Bank virtual card linked to AppleID and the name in iCloud settings (Settings -> iCloud, under the photo) is TINKOFF WALLET. When changing the name in the settings, the system writes that the payment data is incorrect.
If I publish the application, will this name somehow affect my display in the AppStore? And if so, will it be possible to change the name during the publication process?
