Good evening, not long ago I received such a refusal, you know, I didn’t understand what they want from me. There is very little information in the descriptions of the problem.

We were unable to locate Action Extension that has been enabled for your app.
It's clearly written though. Cannot use Action Extension , and you indicated that you have it in the application.
