How do I register a corporate Apple ID developer account?

Situation:
You need to create an iOS developer account to publish an app.
Problem: we are a small team of 4 people, so it would be nice to have access to this account with our Apple IDs. A corporate developer account is ideal for this, but you need to be a legal entity, which we are not yet.
Question:
Will Apple ask for any founding documents if registered as a company? And also - do they contact those who register accounts (it doesn’t matter which ones) and if so, in what language?
PS In the future, we will still become a company, but the publication will take place significantly earlier than registration. Making a simple account for an individual and then converting it into a corporate one is too bureaucratic and complicated.
