What monitor color profile is better for web and printing?

Dear, I have a question, how to correctly set color profiles in the monitor and Photoshop?
for the web they say you need to do it in sRGB in Photoshop, but for the monitor, too, should the same profile be? but sRGB is too bluish for a monitor.

There is no universal answer to this question. It all depends on the location, area of work and specific tasks.
For printing, those profiles are needed that are used in a particular printing machine. These are created in printing houses with special devices - spectrophotometers, if memory serves - and then loaded into graphic editors. Therefore, for printing, it is better to send without a profile, and the additional printing will do everything by itself (but this only happens in serious offices, and for small ones there is no point in suffering - they will still ruin it when printing).
Different profiles apply for the web in different parts of the world, and you should take this into account. So that the client and you see the pictures as much as possible in the same way. As a very simple option - set the profile that everyone has by default installed (the same sRGB, for example).
Here is a very detailed description of the profiles (English).

It is desirable to have two monitors. One is configured "correctly", and the second "by default". On the first one, you look at how the design looks like you are the best of the executions, and on the second one, you test whether everything is okay, or the colors have not faded, or the contrast has been preserved. The second is usually used for browsers, messengers and everyday life. Nice approach for the web. But for printing - I'm not sure. The result depends not only on how you set up the monitor, but also on what color profile you save the source in and how the printer is set up.
