Guys, which monitor to choose so that you can simultaneously work with 3D graphics on a macbook pro m1 and play cs and dotka on Windows?

Hello! Faced such a problem.
I have a macbook pro m1 on which I work with 3d graphics. And there is a PC on Windows 1650, on which I chill, play cs, dotka and sometimes all sorts of passages.
I decided to update the monitor, at the moment I have the usual full hd, 60Hz 24.
I wanted to take lg 4k 144Hz so that I could comfortably play cs and work, but then I started reading. It turns out that the ppi value is important for the poppy. And it should be no more than 109, and on the selected lg 4k 144Hz 27 ppi = 163, and because of this, the icons on the poppy operating system will look small for comfortable work.
And on lg ultrafine 4k monitors, which recommend 60 Hz for a poppy, and they say they do not work well with Windows. I want exactly 144Hz to feel the comfort in games. And I want 4k at the same time, so that it is convenient to work. Over time, I want to change the computer on Windows to 3060 in order to pull content in 4k.
Please let me know if anyone found the best solution. Please post your options.
So far, I'm leaning towards the fact that the best option is 27d, 144Hz, 2k. But this is 2k,
but I want 4k.
Who will advise what?

It turns out that the ppi value is important for the poppy.

It is not true.
Take any 4K monitor. For example, LG 27gp950, AOC U28G2XU/BK, GIGABYTE M28U
