What is the best way to make an imitation of a simplified Lego in a browser?

I want to try to implement a pet project. The idea is that there are details and they can be fastened to each other (in certain places, as if they are magnetized by the places of fastening.). The user can make something out of them and save, share with others.
What is the best way to write this? The project is browser-based, apparently using JS and ready-made models of parts imported from a blender or 3d max. The details themselves are simple, there are few polygons, the textures, if any, are simple. The finished model should rotate freely, rendered with wireframes or full surfaces.
While I think about the pieces indicated here in the tags.
Thanks

Blender for creating scenes and models.
blend4web for display in the browser, it is well integrated into blender and there is Russian-language documentation + forum.

Blender/3ds Max + Verge3D. The latter also has a great tool - Puzzles. With their help, you can wind a simple interactive on the stage without programming.
