What are the prospects and salaries in the 3d industry in 2020?

I work in IT (qa), I began to feel burnout and, as an entertainment, I began to sculpt 3d models (objects, characters).
I realized that I really like it + my soul has always been towards creativity. There were thoughts to quit, upgrade and move into this area (but not into 3d design!).

That is, I am interested in modeling, I am also interested in animation and I dream of mastering VFX (a real dream!). And look for work in these areas.

But questions arose:
1) Is it possible to get 100-120k on a permanent basis in these areas? And 120-150k?
2) If not, what are the real salaries in Moscow in the office / freelancing? How long to go to them from the position of the June?
3) If freelancing is more profitable, then where can I get large regular customers so that all sorts of dumpers do not affect my earnings?
