Is there a basic list for 3D modeling?

I completed a basic course on studying modeling tools in 3D Max and I want some practical training. I was looking for articles on how someone draws something step by step, but this means not to think for yourself.
Maybe someone has some kind of list of models from simple to complex so that you can understand how to logically split objects in order to translate them into 3d max

Well, why invent, take the first item in the interior of your apartment and make it a model. Refrigerator for example. Learn the topology of a grid of objects.
For starters, here's an example for you: www.treddi.com/app/en/articoli/pagina/275-modeling...

The colleague above is absolutely right. Open any modeling lesson and repeat. The best teaching is repetition.

I will also add that you need to not just watch the lessons thoughtlessly, but try to watch what techniques are used, what tools, principles. If you just stupidly watch the lessons and repeat after the author without highlighting valuable information and without generalizing it, then this is a waste of time.
