What module to use for online store on joomla 3.9?

I am now making a store for my friend, I chose CMS Joomla, I remember there were a lot of modules. I just don't know which one to choose. The fact is that the friend wants the goods selected by the user, after specifying the delivery address, to be sent to the mail to him and the customer. And he already contacts the buyer, confirms the order and accepts payment on the card. Is it possible to use cash on delivery for these purposes?

Writing a form is not everything, if you write it manually, then in fact you need to write the entire module, starting from displaying product cards, a detailed description, forms for editing products and categories. It's all complicated and you don't want to do it. What implementation options are there?

You essentially have a site-catalog with the acceptance of applications. Ways of implementation can be different. Starting from building a catalog based on Joomla materials + SEO filter from JoomLine and ending with installing JoomShopping or Virtuemart in catalog mode. Both have integrations with Bitrix24. Virtumart is not honored in the Russian-speaking community due to difficulties in support.
Accepting cash on a card - a website is not needed for this. This is implemented either from CRM, or from the personal account of the bank or payment aggregator. Cash on delivery - this is also not on the site, but your friend will send.
