Joomla - white screen instead of admin panel?

Hello! Need help.. joomla site, content is displayed, but the admin panel is not (a white screen instead of it).
inserted in /administrator/index.php code
ini_set('display_errors',1);

Never met such errors. Are these the errors due to which the admin panel does not work? Are they critical? how are they treated? Thanks in advance..

when the white screen - the errors are not critical :))
the php version overtook the joomla version

Not those. These errors are not critical, although they are worth fixing. You see that after one such error, the next one appears, and then another one. If there would be critical - after an error there would be nothing more.

look at the server logs in the hosting admin panel.
in some cases php will not output errors to the browser
