What modern push-button phones have a T9 analogue for the phone book, working directly from the idle screen?

Friends, I am the proud owner of a Philips Xemium X325 phone for talking, but it is old and dying. Will have to change. The phone has a killer feature: from the standby screen, I start dialing on the numeric keypad, for example: 2 ( a bvg), 5 (m n op), 9 (eyu i ), and the phone to me, in addition to the number 259 in the main number field, below it also lists contacts containing the names Anya , Anya and Vanya , Tania , Svoya , etc. From the list, I can select the desired contact and immediately call him without getting into the phone book.
It is very comfortable! Even my additional Galaxy S4 cannot do this by default (it finds only Anya and Anyuta in a similar situation, does not look for matches inside words, only at the beginning of the contact's first and last name). There are applications for Android that solve the problem, but there is also an on-screen keyboard with an alphabet. And in general, I do not call from Android.
Tell me, please, what other push-button phones (from those currently available in stores) can do this? All modern Philips or maybe someone else?

blackberry has a universal search. Searches all over the phone (contacts, call log, applications, etc.). In the settings, the whole thing is configured and you can leave only the search for contacts.

buy the same one, not ebay, new or in good condition, used,
I buy it for a friend once a year, once a year, for his wife, as she loves them very much and manages to do something bad with the phone in a year
