Nexus 5 loses network, how to deal?

I've been trying to deal with the same problem for quite some time now.
I have LG Nexus 5, with a megaphone SIM card, Android 5.1.1
And the mobile network constantly crashes. And it's different all the time. It can simply switch to the "Emergency Calls" mode, and return in a few minutes - this happens all the time, and in the evening in general every 15 minutes; Or maybe just re-initialize the entire network, and Wi-Fi - just "blink" and recover.
Another smartphone with the same SIM card does not behave like this, everything is fine there.
I reflashed the phone, rolled back the modem to 5.0.2 - all the same, this is how it all happens. Netmonitor at these moments shows just an empty list of BS
. What can I see, tweak so that the network does not crash anymore? Thank you.

I have a similar all the same ... the problem is not in the antenna and the wires from it - they replaced it, it did not work. If anyone has found a solution, please share...
