What are their conditions?
PS: Of course, I understand that it's better to register yourself, but let's just say, I don't have such an opportunity yet.

If a certain company publishes your application, most likely you will first have to transfer the rights to this application to them. It's better to pay $25.

I think you are talking about publishers. Everyone has different conditions, but as a rule, the income is 50/50, but you get help and promotion of the application from the publisher.
