Hello. Interested in advice from people who understand this, which midi keyboard would be the most suitable for my purposes today with the best value for money?

• I will play at home, that is, I don’t make any size requirements.
  
• I think 5 octaves is enough, the keys are full-size.
  
• The mechanics of the keys are weighted or, in extreme cases, semi-weighted, if the cost for this parameter varies greatly.
  
• You don't need any extra switches, screens, synthesizer biases - just a bare board with keys and the ability to connect it all to a computer and sequencers like FL Studio is enough.
  
• And, of course, the most interesting thing is whether it is possible to buy something suitable for the above requests within 10,000 rubles. Or is it today too low a price for a quality midi keyboard, even without a bunch of extra switches and bells and whistles?
