How to achieve high level music creation in fl studio 12 sequencer?
I’m very interested, I even burn with the desire to create music, I studied fl12, now I’m looking for samples, I know the samplepro site, I’m looking for oneshot-sample, I come across 5-7 second melodies already collected, I want to know how to advance, what to study in order to learn how to create music, what MIDI devices for a beginner are needed, well, and in that spirit

Samples: tons of them, just google %about_desired_sound% sample.
To learn how to create music (not counting classical music education), I advise you to break the process into sub-processes, and then google these sub-processes.
For example: creating a melody -> arranging -> finalization
Creating a melody: minimal solfeggio, basics of harmony.
Arrangement: basics of arranging, instrumental combination
Finalization: basics of mixing, basics of mastering
If at a minimum, then guides on YouTube like "how to ..." are enough to start doing something digestible, and then you yourself will not notice how you start delve into the topic.
As for the midi keyboard - take the simplest and cheapest one for 49 keys. If trample - replace it with an expensive one with trinkets.
With regards to the OS - if you actively use midi-clave, then this is a Mac (sound delay 10 milliseconds), if you don’t really play along, then Windows will do (sound delay can vary from 10 to 300 milliseconds), so it doesn’t matter, but press on a key and wait 50ms until the sound plays, this is actually the wildest hell.
Promotion: soundcloud is like a mother to you. this is the largest community + ease of sharing the post (both a link and an embed code for third-party portfolios). If we are talking about commercial music, these are bases, such as behance.net and targeted distribution to potential customers + stocks ( audiojungle , motionelements, productiontrax ). If we are talking about non-commercial music, this is mailing to labels. In order to understand who to send to, just go to the beatport, select the style in which you write, and see which labels are displayed in the results next to the track.
