What metric should be used to reflect the speed of writing code?

Bad question title, but okay. The question is to somehow evaluate yourself in the speed of code development. Let's say for me, as a circuit engineer in GOST, it is written how much time is given to me to develop this or that type of work. Is there a similar thing in IT, maybe an unspoken agreement?

there are no metrics: you either fit into the estimate or not.
development speed (which is a moronic term) can only be estimated over a long period of time. and even then indirectly.
but for a day or a week - it's about nothing.

June writes code intensively, sweats, rewrites, and so on 10 times a day.
These seniors of yours spit on the ceiling for months, then roll out to the release in 2 hours.
How are you going to measure?
