What methods (programs) do you use to upload files to a remote server?

There is a remote server on CentOS. At the Windows itself. At the moment I'm uploading via Failzilla ( the main thing is to upload ).
Is there a more comfortable and faster way?

Recently I was puzzled by a more automated way to upload files to FTP and found this option: ramzes.ws/blog/synchronize-ftp
I already had WinSCP installed, so I just added the appropriate script for it and now you can synchronize both on schedule and in manual mode.

winscp - file transfer via scp;
sshfs - mount linux partition in windows.
