What matrix parameters should be considered when replacing a laptop screen?

There is a laptop HP 250 G3. Satisfied in all respects, except for the screen. Terrible viewing angles, contrast, black levels. My very first Samsung LCD monitor in 2008 and even better.
I haven’t opened mine yet, but judging by the video and photos on the Internet, there is an LP156WH3 TL matrix from LG Display. Form Factor: 15.6 Slim. Resolution: 1366*768. Connector: 40pin. Illumination type: LED (light-emitting diode).
What other technical parameters need to be considered in order to choose a replacement? I don’t understand how matrices are universal and interchangeable. Is it enough that the dimensions, fastenings and connector of the tire fit? Will it be possible to install a Samsung LTN156AT06 matrix? Suddenly she's better. Is it possible to put a matrix with a higher resolution of 1600 * 900?

No, the most important parameter is resolution. The LVDS data stream is set to exactly this resolution. Matrices with a higher resolution will still work at 1366*768 - just the remaining space will be black.

I broke the matrix on my laptop - I sat on it,
but since I'm not special, I just disassembled it and removed the display ... went to the service and said that I needed a matrix and they sold me .. I had a NEQ matrix and they sold Samsung, installed it myself .. the firewood was reinstalled and has been plowing for the 3rd year

When replacing the matrix, you need to consider your needs. And it’s also better to look for ideal donors for your laptop model, so to speak (Matrices of which brand and model are suitable), also disassemble the laptop case and look at the model and company of the screen that is installed on your laptop to make sure you have the right connector so that the new screen fits exactly to the laptop ... Resolution as Alexander said , it's better to choose the one that was in your laptop. There are different matrices - the best in my opinion IPS with a matte finish, and the eyes are nice and the viewing angles are more or less (Depending on the manufacturer) and the reflection of the face is not visible)))

The question is actually simple, it is enough to find out if there are any other matrices for this laptop at all, because. often there are no options.
If suddenly you are lucky and there are more than one matrices for this laptop, then choose the one that is better from the available ones.
