Raised smtp(25, 465, 587) + imap(993, 143).
Need: send mail from your server + receive it from others (gmail, yandex, for example).
What ports can be changed? The user can also specify a different port, so you don't have to worry about them.

Do not touch the main tcp / 25, servers communicate with each other through it, and suffer with users as you like. It's not clear why you need all this.
