System administration

From enikey to system administrators, how?

Hello! Now I am 22 years old. Received a secondary "technical" "education". In total, he worked in his specialty in those. support for over 2 years. Bank and tax office. But now it's time to look for a new job. After several interviews, I was lowered to the ground. In fact, I turned out to be an enikeem with work experience, but no knowledge. What you need to read, read and read again, I already understood. Now I'm wondering where you can go to gain experience in this, even if as a trainee and not for a lot of money. If that's even possible. If there is specificity, I will be grateful. What I found are small offices, where, roughly speaking, you would have to change mice and explain where the "capslock" is located. Thanks in advance!

Depending on what you want to do)
The classic way in providers: a couple of years on duty (main attention, perseverance and ability to use a computer) -> operation (setting up network hardware) -> development (drawing what engineers will do).

And "not for a lot of money", how much is that in your understanding?

To work in a provider, you need knowledge of the network and network organization. At least - the level of CCNA. My advice: merge the CCNA course, the tracer package, read it, use it, understand the principles. After that, you will be taken to any provider with pleasure. It is quite possible to learn CCNA in 1.5-2 months.
