What machine is enough to work in After effects?

Good evening everyone!
There was a question about buying a new car!
I don’t know much about hardware, so I ask for help:
the bottom line is that you need a machine to work in after effects + ps, ai, figma, etc.
There are several options for buying, tell me which one to choose in order to work comfortably in it.
The current machine pulls ae for 10 minutes and then crashes, while ps works more or less tolerably, but on small projects.
The monitor is essentially not important, since I connect to the monitor.
The current machine has the following specifications:
Intel(R) Core i7-4700HQ CPU 2.40 GHz
8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz
GPU GTX 850M
HDD 1 TB
have the following options:
1)6-core 8th Gen Intel Core i5 3.0GHz (Turbo Boost up to 4.1GHz)
16GB DDR4 2666MHz
Intel UHD Graphics 630
256GB SSD
2)2-core 8th Gen Intel Core i5 1.6GHz processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz
16GB LPDDR3 2133MHz
256GB SSD
Intel UHD Graphics 617
3)8th Gen Intel Core i7 6-core processor 2.2 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 4.1 GHz)
Touch Bar and Touch ID
Radeon Pro 555X GPU with 4 GB GDDR5 memory
16 GB DDR4 2400 MHz
256 GB SSD

@LafTomas

If Ae is stupid, then most likely it rests on the hard drive. Judging by the processor, you have a laptop, which means that there is a high probability that the disk is at 5400rpm. If so, then this bullshit is not suitable for working with video. Better find out what is your reason. Clear your cache and disk space first. If it crashes after 10 minutes of work, it's not about processor generations. Hardly a matter of iron.
Of the proposed configurations, any is suitable for average work. The third one looks better than the first two. See that there is an SSD, followed by a processor and a discrete graphics card (to AMD / NVIDIA, not Intel HD). If you spin complex projects, then any car from this list will not be enough. It is better to buy a more powerful stationary PC for the same money.
