What literature would you recommend to improve the level?

Hello
After Stephen Prat's C++ Lectures and Exercises I started learning Qt. Having studied part of the object hierarchy, I felt a lack of knowledge - working with the operating system API is going well, but it is not possible to get "under the hood" and delve into, and even more so, supplement the code of any classes that work with binary data. All I have is a good understanding of OOP, but I understand that I am not a C programmer with current knowledge. Please tell me literature in Russian, if you know such. Climbing through the articles is inconvenient - each time the presentation and style of the code changes, even the opinions in some places do not converge among the authors. Thank you
It's nice when lack of experience is not a limitation in creativity

@sddvxd

Bjorn Stroustrup - C++ programming language
Bjorn Stroustrup - Programming. Principles and Practice Using C++
Scott Meyers - Efficient and Modern C++
In that order.
That's enough for a start, in my opinion.
