What libraries/algorithms are used by numerous Android scanning simulators?

I don't even know how to ask this correctly in the search.
There are a bunch of mobile applications (FastScanner) that try to convert a photo of a document from a camera to the view of an image scanned by a flatbed scanner. In particular, they try to define the boundaries of the document, correct perspective distortions, etc.
Help me understand if there are any libraries to do this under Windows? It is especially unclear how to correct perspective distortions.

I once looked for similar programs for processing photos with documents.
Among the found: ScanTailor, Scan Kromsator (complex), Adobe Acrobat has a photo enhancement function.
Perhaps they have an api, and ScanTailor seems to be open source
