What lessons / manuals are needed to make such an installation?

In general, in search of work, I got on a local TV channel. They need a video editor. In principle, I can cut and paste the video, but they require that the video captured by the operator be arranged in accordance with the script written by the journalist.
In short, it corresponded to what the journalist says.
In principle, nothing else is required, but they gave us the TOR and I want to ask your advice on its implementation.
TK => you need to find an audio track with a verse by some famous author and assemble a video sequence for it (i.e. make a video) that will convey the meaning of this text. O_o
Can you advise what to read (articles), what topic to google, what kind of video would you advise. This is where I need help.
Personally, I found tutorials, but they are remotely related to this topic. Maybe I didn’t ask questions like that =) In Google, of course, they didn’t ban me, but I went through all the options that I could only come up with.
I would be glad for any good advice

@3dben

they require that the video filmed by the operator be arranged in accordance with the script written by the journalist.
This is called a "plot" The
terminology is read here
The plot is a set of BRs (see below), separated by stand-ups, synchros or lives (see link)
BR is a voice-over text (read in advance or read out by the host in the studio - it doesn’t matter), covered with video.
I did not see any tutorials on mounting the BZ or plots. There are various institutions that teach this.
In general, you can find a recording of a news release on the Internet, cut out all the BZs from there (short videos ~ 30 seconds, the text of which is read by the presenter), remove the video and block the sound with what you find on the Internet, so you will also learn the work of an assistant director "perform, but there will most likely be no one to evaluate what you have done.
Google on the banal request "how to edit a TV plot" gives out a number of books, you can try to read them, since there is not that much information on this issue in English.
