How can I download a video from a site that appears to be shown in chunks?

I went to the site and only one extension out of many showed that there is a video, but it is divided into pieces of 500kb each.
How can I download such videos in their entirety?

If the video goes in chunks, and even with a variable frame rate, then only through the capture card. And that's not a fact.
