What legal aspects should be taken into account before launching your own project?

I am developing my own project (online game) alone, I order design and graphics from freelancers.
The project involves the purchase of things for real money.
Hence the question of how it is necessary to launch this project, as an individual, individual entrepreneur or legal entity? Do I need any project registration? I’m also interested in the user agreement, but as I understand it, in general, can I take it from any large online project and correct it for my project?

Good afternoon, a question for a small volume, but I will try to answer briefly on the basis. points:
01. Once there is income, there will be profit. According to the Civil Code, Tax Code and other codes, activity at your own risk, cat. makes a profit, is entrepreneurial. You need an LLC or sole proprietorship. It is easier to create an IP, but there are more risks in bankruptcy. What is the difference and what to choose is a separate question. For starters, you can get on the simplified tax system 6%.
02. If this is really your project, then it is better to apply for registration of the program in order to protect intellectual property from the very beginning. Here the process is meticulous and not fast.
03. Do not work with freelancers without a contract: if the project “goes”, then a lot of questions will arise regarding the distribution of income from intellectual rights. This moment is missed by many, and then they realize that in vain.
04. User agreements copied from somewhere are good. But exactly to the point where you realize that your project has its own nuances, cat. require improvement. Creating an agreement "for yourself" is easier than inserting unnecessary innovations into someone else's text. This is from personal experience, someone might. and differently.
I participated a little in the process of consulting on a stalker (pirated copies of an online game): so, without documents confirming that you are the owner of the game, you can make a profit, but only until someone wants to do something similar for themselves or descend to an easier level, i.e. "push ups".
here is the minimum , cat. should be taken into account. Good luck with this good endeavor!
