What laptop specifications are suitable for front-end development?

Hello!
Today I looked at a beech for work in Frontend and selected it according to the following characteristics:
15`6, Win10, FullHD, IPS, i5-i7, AMD A8, A9, SSD 128-256, RAM 8-12Gb, 3000+mAh
As a result, the minimum price on a beech with approximately such good starts from 55k.
Are such characteristics suitable for a beech, are there few of them, or maybe even a little too much?
To clarify, I use the following in my work:
SublimeText, Cmder, Photoshop, Skype, Screenhero, Chrome, Mozilla, IE, mostly.
Sublime and Chrome often have many open files/tabs.
Also, if anyone had a similar experience not so long ago, I will be very glad to advice and comments on my own experience.
PS I do not consider Apple devices.
Thanks everyone for any help! I'm waiting for your answers.

Taking into account the fact that you indicated Photoshop, I think it's better to take 8GB + RAM in advance. The disk is, of course, better than an SSD and at least 200GB+ is better. photoshop and Windows (in which it works respectively) are very fond of eating disk space, photoshop - while working, windows - throughout life.
The second important point, perhaps, can be designated NOTTN-matrix, and screen sizes according to the principle "the more - the better", I found the optimal size for myself - 27", and it is better to use 2 or 3 monitors for this work. But, since we are talking about a laptop - choose the display is just "bigger", because I can hardly imagine a 27" laptop, however, like a laptop with 2 displays. Screen resolution resp. it is highly desirable to have 1920x1080 and higher, tk. this is already almost a standard for many devices, of various formats, less - you will not be able to properly assess how the project will look at this resolution.
Here, of course, it would be worth noting separately that it would be nice to have 1 monitor in 4K format (resolution) in order to test projects at "above average" resolutions at the same time, but...
Video card - any, a little better than the built-in one, on the built-in one, some elements, even in the browser - can slow down or fail, sometimes ...
Sublime and Chrome often have many open files/tabs.
I don’t know about Sublime, I don’t use “Notepad++” level editors (Sublime, VisualStudio Code, Atom, etc.) for full-fledged work, but I don’t think that they will suddenly consume a lot of resources. And in chrome - extra tabs - you can always close.
Are such characteristics suitable for a beech, are there few of them, or maybe even a little too much?
In view of the conditions of the "business trip", I personally worked normally without any problems on a laptop for 25-30 thousand, which was even without an SSD, incl. with photoshop and an i3-level processor (4/4 cores), the only thing that really interfered was not an ISP matrix and a rather small screen (17"). The rest worked quite tolerably, including photoshop. In other cases, using a laptop for work is quite an idea strange, in my opinion (well, unless of course you go to extremes, such as "I live in a toilet, a full-fledged PC does not fit on a washing machine," etc. cases).
