What languages (Java not to offer) to learn to develop applications for Windows?

What languages to learn to develop applications for Windows? Java is not offered. What I can do: I'm good at Autoit, Lua, Pawn, a bit of PHP, SQL and C#, I'm familiar with the OdinC configurator (I even wrote a couple of edits). Where to look if I want to write softik under "windows". I have a coding hobby and learn a little bit in the phase, plus I really like to write bots - not just clickers. I don’t know how to draw and I don’t understand the beauty of forms (my form is 3 editLabel and 1 button + a couple of checkboxes) and perfectionism, but I get rays of joy when my own code works as it should.
