What language to choose for collecting, editing and displaying information?

Please tell me, I have several tasks in front of me and I just can’t figure out which way I should go. The tasks are as follows:
1. there are several reports in the form of Excel files, but the data structure in them is slightly wrong, i.e. you need to edit some cells, delete rows, edit the contents of the cells. Reports always have one form and this work needs to be done constantly.
2. there is 1C from which you need to constantly collect data + Yandex Metrica, maybe CRM will come next.
3. all these need to be combined into several reports, which should be built automatically.
4. be able to work with this data, i.e. make predictions, identify some kind of regularity.
At the moment, I have come to the conclusion that all these tasks can be solved using Power BI, but to solve tasks 1 and 4, you need to consider some kind of programming language. I found Python, as I understand it, a very promising language and it seems like you can solve all problems on it, then R, there is also some kind of DAX needed for all this. In general, I formed a complete mess in my head. Please help me decide.
