How to write an excel formula if there are a lot of "if"?

https://cloud.mail.ru/public/JJhA/V1bnEgXtH that's what I now have
The task is that in the current means field, the values were substituted automatically.
The logic is something like this:
N11 coincides with H2, if there is a number in C2, then we subtract C2 from P11 and write it in O11
if there is another category in H2, we need to write it in another place.
Help with the logic of how to bring it to the heap? So far I've made something terrible and not working...
=IF(ISNUMBER(C3:C100),SUMIF(H2:H100,N11,C2:C100),SUMIF(H2:H100,N11,CF:F100))
Thanks for answers

Everything is much easier.
Too bad I didn't see the question before.
Attachment formula for cell O11 (current funds - wallet) =P11+SUMIF(F:F;H:H;N11)-SUMIF(C:C;H:H;N11)
