Pure html, css is nothing. You can learn them quite well in a week ... Without JS, it's better not to take orders, since any modern web page contains js. And if you know js, it would be better to at least add jQuery to this. For the front-end, this is perhaps some kind of minimum. But, in any case, experience decides. Even if you learn a dozen more libraries and frameworks well, in fact, no one cares, because real experience always means more.
