Recommend a program to track computer time

Please tell me a program that allows you to measure the time spent in various programs. I want to keep track of where time is spent and how much I work on different tasks.

Of those found using Google - many programs require you to manually press start-stop on the project timer, this quickly gets boring.
Even more programs only collect information and send it to their servers for accumulation and processing, which you don’t want to do at all, especially considering that these programs often have the ability to keylogger and periodically take screenshots.

I liked the True Time Tracker program because it allows you to set the tracking of certain programs both by the .exe file and by the window title. But for some reason it keeps crashing.

In Ubuntu, I used a very convenient Hamster applet for these purposes.

We use StaffCop - quite convenient.
You can see for which program and how much is spent.

https://youtu.be/R0ZZi15cnjw - I've made an alpha for now, I think I'll develop it for a couple more months. There is a link to the installation file in the description. Haven't made a website for it yet.
- Breakdown of statistics by executables and headers, 95% of the working time at the first start are configured in 2 minutes of time.
- Further, the time is automatically taken into account with the display in comparison with the last 5 days and taking into account the backlog / advance of the norm for the last hour and day
- in the latest version 0.22 I made automatic breaks and online aphorisms for motivation with voting (I'm thinking of scaling it to videos, pictures and articles )

I use https://timetracker.yaware.com.ua/ . There is no keylogger, it works automatically without a manual start / stop timer, you turn on and off screenshots at will. There is time tracking for applications, sites, projects and tasks. And there is already integration with Bitrix24 tasks.
