What kind of service or site assembly?

In general, I periodically stumble upon such a site format tyk link (not advertising) and here is another of the same template tyk , so is this some kind of online service that can be on the site or the assembly is ready? I really want to use it myself.

Both "link" and "tyk" are old, slow and without adaptive. You really think a few times before you "use" them.

The second link, which is called “poke”, is a regular wordpress theme. Not the best: slow, no responsive, little content, not good for SEO. You can find even better ones on themeforest.net
