There is a rather old (circa 2007 release), but practically unused video player. It is on when power is applied and the button is pressed. does not start, there is no multimeter at the moment. Suspicion of one leaking radio component, most likely a quartz resonator. But it has a strange marking B27.000S, the search did not give anything (or I don't know how to use the search). Video player of Russian production. Thomson DTH-115E.

The photo is really quartz at 27mHz.
