Nubian question: Is it normal that the microcircuit is, as it were, mirrored in the datasheet? Or did I find something wrong?

Here is a photo of the microcircuit. And here is the datasheet. ( link ). Say it's ok? And do I need to mirror everything? Sory, stupid question

On page 6 there is a picture with the caption bottom view - this is how the microcircuit looks from below. And the figure that you inserted into the question shows what the footprint looks like on the board.
