What kind of hosting is needed for Java Play?

The project is written in java using play! framework 1.2.7 and postgreSQL.
The project acts as a server for a mobile application and will perform the following functions:
1) work with content, i.e. adding/removing/changing entities;
2) generating a file containing json with the necessary entities (launched manually, and not with every change);
3) sending a file with json on request to the client.
I think that the launch of the formation of a new json will not occur very often.
The audience is approximately 60,000 active users.
What approximate hosting characteristics are needed for the project?

@UbuRus

$5 instance on DigitalOcean is more than enough.
I can advise spring boot, because. play! has not proven to be productive and has many problems.
