Can you please help identify the device?
All of Moscow is hung with such “boxes”. Tellingly, the boxes are stuck very often, on poles approximately every 100-200 meters. Always directed towards the road.
It became interesting - what is it?

Most likely this is a low-frequency communication system for buses. We used to have these near bus stops. Through them, buses of the type were noted that they were traveling along the route and at the time. However, recently they seem to have been replaced by GPS.

Outwardly, it looks like an HF antenna, such as WiFi. On all the poles where the Strelka speed control system is installed, there are such things hanging, these are really WiFi antennas.
