This is searched for by the landscape illustration or environment illustration tags. There are many on dribbble . The style is minimalistic. In this case, there are no rules, each illustrator brings something of his own.
Here are some illustrators who draw in a similar style: Mikael Gustafsson , Jona Dinges , Brian Edward Miller , Andrey Prokopenko .
