I have a laptop for 80. Android flies only on the way.

If you personally have any additional requirements that you personally need, then you personally should conduct a performance test to understand how comfortable you will be.
Maybe you need the studio to start in 1 second (the vast majority do not need this at all). So your question sounds strange.
