How to make the Terios T6 gamepad see the receiver?

I bought a Terios T6 gamepad already with a receiver in the kit. I connect the receiver to the PC, all the drivers are installed normally. I hold down the necessary buttons so that the gamepad starts looking for the receiver, but it still won’t find it. (It connects to an android phone via bluetooth and works fine)

There is no bluetooth on the PC, USB 2.0.
