What kind of CCTV camera to choose for a summer residence (night vision, motion sensor, powered by a built-in battery or network)?

Hello.
I'm looking for a CCTV camera for my summer house. I go there once every half a year. I want to get rid of the phobia that someone visits the house in my absence.
The conditions are such that: there may be no Internet, there may also be no energy, the police ... well, you understand the principle.
I want to record the territory of the corridor on video. If the door is broken, then so that the face can be disassembled. Interested in:
- the camera is miniature so that it does not catch the eye and can be placed in a recess.
- there will be a fixed camera position, as it will only view the corridor. Viewing angle of 60 degrees or more.
- sufficient matrix to make out the face.
- with enough memory for loop recording.
- with a motion sensor, so that the recording is carried out economically consuming energy and memory.
- with night vision, in case someone breaks into the house at night.
- (optional) with battery power, so that you can not be afraid because of a fire, from the included mains. If powered by the mains - then ease of installation at 220 V / 50 Hz.
- connection to a computer via USB to see who entered the apartment.
I would be glad if you share your experience in the comments.

This is where you just need to turn on the light (that is, now you can shoot in the light) and the siren.
You can make it smarter: when you find burglars, call the police or neighbors (or issue a loud message: "Brothers, you are a khan! The police are on their way, your photos have been transmitted over the Internet").
The second way (for those who are penniless): put a dummy outside in a conspicuous place (a large body from the camera), but so that it is not dragged away.
I like this approach: there is a 360-degree camera on the roof (without engines, due to optics) and transmits everything around the house online via the Internet.
