Connecting an analog video camera to a computer without a video capture card. Is it possible to?

There is an analog video camera and a transceiver of 4 video signals over twisted pair TTP414V (2 pieces).
In general, these transmitters work in pairs according to the scheme:
Camera -> Transmitter -> Twisted Pair -> Transmitter -> Video Capture Board

If you connect the camera according to the scheme: Camera -> Transmitter -> Twisted Pair
-> Computer
conditions is transmitted via Etherhet between transmitters and converted into video software by a computer, without buying a video capture card?
I understand that the design is stupid, but what if.

Unlikely. Most likely, twisted pair is used simply as more noise-resistant than other cords (when used over long distances).
