What kind of advertising is there now so that it is not tied to a domain and has a minimum of “alarm”?

I sometimes meet guys who, in exchange for my modest knowledge of html and the use of on-line, do not mind putting my code with advertising for a while, I used to set sape in half with grief, but now something has changed there, I’m even too lazy to understand this whole almshouses.
Is there an advertising service now (preferably like sape has set the code and coins are dripping slowly) so that you can put it simply and without tension?
