What js web form library do you use?

I am developing a backbone application. It is necessary to build a form according to the model for creating/serializing/filling/submitting forms.
I used backbone-forms - didn't like it... creepy appearance (even with bs), a lot of flaws, problems with customization
It's important that it was possible to create multi-fields and multi -forms
It would be interesting to know your opinion and experience...

We are using ExtJS for developing forms, but we have an enterprise application. Therefore, the appearance is more suitable for desktop in web.
