Good afternoon! It is necessary that messages for users reach all clients, regardless of priority and activity. Now there is ejabberd and they did not find such a setting on it. We have achieved the maximum - the first message reaches all clients, and the subsequent ones come only to where they answered.
I found scraps of information that this behavior is supported by Openfire, but there is no clear certainty and accurate information about its settings to enable this feature.
Ideally, of course, learn how to configure this in ejabberd so as not to change the server.
