Can you please tell me what frameworks/technologies are used on the client and server parts of the Zopim service?

not too lazy and asked the support question) what could you do, you are not asking for copies of the source code
say on what technologies make your chat, besides javascript?

We've used Ajax, Python, Javascript, Flash, C# and HTML5
