What is your UI design workflow?

Right now I'm drawing a prototype application in Photoshop. Those. in fact, this is a flowchart with signatures in the form of a wireframe, on which the client and I approve the number of screens, the transitions between them and the contents of each screen (80% accuracy, i.e. then we can add / delete, but in general everything remains).
For these purposes, I have a ready-made iPhone psd in a simplified, schematic implementation, I decorate each screen, NavBar, menu, etc. with gray shapes. It turns out long, but clearly.
Heard a lot about Axure. Installed, opened - some kind of combine. I know that allows you to create linked prototypes, i.e. essentially generates pages and links them to each other. You can see the structure (tree-like) of the project, you can click on the links, but this is not a wireframe, there is no screen map in front of your eyes.
After creating a design, I use MarvelApp to create interactive prototypes.
I would be glad if there was a tool that allows you to develop wireframes faster, in particular, indicate the transitions between screens with arrows, because. to draw them - just tin how much it takes time.
What is your workflow in ui design? What are the steps after discussing the TOR with clients, where do you start work? I'm just wondering, because I am a beginner ui-designer-freelancer and many things are still incomprehensible.

They say that Sketch now definitely rules the ball. Unfortunately it is for Mac.
I draw the old fashioned way in Illustrator. Inconvenient - the limit is 100 artboards per file + you can't move several artboards at once. Everything else is super convenient to draw screens separately, but as soon as it comes to rearranging them, all hell breaks loose.

I've been prototyping the site's UX (not UI) in Axure, but now I'm doing it in HTML using frameworks.
Benefits:
Can be tested on all devices
Can be connected to logic or installed on CMS at once
Reduced layout time due to code reuse if the UI design is not very different.
Disadvantages:
Increased terms up to two times.
Bottom line: Need a boost? work with paper
