If the implementation was technically correct, then it will suit your needs.

- Install the Bitrix Web environment,
- install the demo version of Bitrix (it is fully functional, it works for 30 days),
- during installation, select the ready-made site "demo site for developers", if you want to learn how to program,
- read the training course "Content Manager" on the Bitrix website.
If you try really hard, you can do a day in one day.
Then you can already read the course for the developer to understand how it works. It says about site templates, about component templates. What folders is it in.
