What is your opinion about VMAF as a way to evaluate video quality?

Hello!
Various metrics are used to evaluate video compression quality: SSIM, PSNR, etc. VMAF (Video Multimethod Assessment Fusion) is a video quality assessment algorithm developed jointly by Netflix and a research group led by Professor C.-CJ Kuo at the University of Southern California. This algorithm is presented as a "fusion" (fusion) of known metrics, which takes into account their advantages and disadvantages.
